| There are no strangers that walk through the doors of Grace Episcopal, just friends we have not met yet! HISTORY: Grace Church was started by a Lay reader, George Buzzell, from Sheboygen, Wisconsin, who traveled west holding services along the way. He settled in Nampa and held the first service here on March 26, 1889. It was the first church service and the first denomination to hold services in Nampa. The present church was built beginning July 7, 1940, and was consecrated on December 18, 1940, by the Idaho Bishop F. B. Bartlett. At that time the Rev. Cecil McKay was rector. Bishop Harry Bainbridge is the currant rector, with Rev. Karen Hunter as Vicar. VICAR: Rev. Karen Hunter Join us Sundays Fall Schedule
